Bowl-A-Dice: New 5 pin bowling board game.
Bowl-A-Dice is a new board game related to bowling five pin, which my brother and I invented. But instead of rolling a ball down the lane you roll five dice on your kitchen table. The object of the game is to get the highest score with the roll of five dice that you can after bowling ten frames.
As in bowling five pin you have three balls or in our case you have three rolls to get your score for the game. Each play throws all five dice and depending on what you roll you will mark a strike, a spare or your score for that frame after your third roll. Great fun for the family and friends as well as being educational for the kids in strengthening their math skills.
5 pin bowling board game contents and information:
- 6” x 9” x 2” box
- 5 dice, 2 pencils, score pad and instructions
- 1 or more players all ages
League Bowling
You can set-up your own league, having team totals for your players with high singles, or high triples just as you would at the bowling alley on a team. If you enjoy statistics, you can keep track of league averages, team records and more. You could set up a team, give it a name, put your line-ups together and play solo. This is a fun way of playing but friends and family may like to put a team in your league too.
For an added twist you can even bowl as if you were back in the 60’s giving yourself a handicap when playing with your kids or for the challenge. Just remember dice is a game of luck so chances are the kids will not need the handicap. Unless of course you are beating them on a consistent basis.

P.S. I myself have had games in the 300’s but I have not yet had the perfect game of 450, but I still keep trying. The scores are so realistic just as if you were at the bowling alley.
